We have enormous pleasure in congratulating the following T.E.A.M. Members.
We have asked the top team to give their background and then feedback on July’s performance.   Success leaves Clues!
(NB If new to our team – a quick explanation of the term  vp. 
1 vp ( volume point) is equivalent to 1 US$dollar worth of product moved into the market place.

These achievements constantly remind us that dreams of success and financial independence can indeed come true and these achievements are an inspiration to all.

Before Herbalife, we ran a number of different businesses and due to a great result on the Herbalife products, we decided to take Herbalife seriously.
We have travelled the world extensively since joining Herbalife as we love the International events and enjoy learning from the top Distributors from around the world.
The Herbalife July Promotion excited us  and we decided to increase our activity and  more effort was placed.  We saw that  since the World Cup, more people were relaxed and approachable and we found retailing was very appropriate. We had an existing Distributor who decided to go for the 500vps and a brand new Distributor who went Supervisor with 4000vps.  Congratulations on this great decision to our new Supervisor and welcome to the Team!
The rest has been more customers and more follow-up.

Global Expansion Team Members, Paddy and Louise Mcbride, 

"Before Herbalife Paddy was a builder, doing home renovations.  He had a team of labourers working for him and endless problems collecting money for jobs completed, and finding reliable, capable staff.  I have a sales background and after being retrenched, was running a small corporate clothing business from home.  Neither of us saw a great future if we continued along the same paths.  
I started using the products as a customer and in just two weeks got such a life changing result that I was drawn to the business.  I started retailing and recruiting in my circle of influence immediately and when Paddy saw the cash coming in, he joined me. We started HOM's (Herbalife Opportunity Meetings) in Durban and six months later, we were very excited to attend our first Herbalife Extravaganza in London  where we met Mark Hughes, the founder of the company and 20,000 very excited and focussed Distributors.  We become unstoppable!  

Over the years we've done lots of different methods of Lead generation to find customers and Distributors;  surveys, posters, pull-tabs, flyers, ads in the Newspaper, online advertising through our websites and talking to people at every opportunity. 
We're so excited now, however because we've found a method that really suits our style - the Weight Loss Challenges combined with showing new recruits and keen customers the big picture of Herbalife and to do this we use the 2 – 4 – 1 plan.  

To fill our WLC's we do approximately 6 - 8000 flyers, approx 50 posters and  sometimes an ad in the local newspaper.  

The combination of 2-4-1 and the Weight Loss Challenge has been working fantastically for us over the past 6 months with improved retention of both distributors and customers.  The 2-4-1 giving inspiration to new distributors and the WLC supplying fantastic follow up for new customers.  Of the 13 distributors we've recruited directly or indirectly from the WLC's;  Joc Goodwin was the first to qualify Supervisor with 500vps+ over 7 - 8 months, Teddy and Cheryl Khan next, over two months (Just qualified World Team), and Sam Bevan, Mike Body and Jacky Bayet in a drop last month. This drop added to our normal 5000vps and contributed to our 12000vps for July.  Carl Drimmie will qualify Supervisor this month with 500vps over the past 8 - 9 months.  So...6 Supervisors from 13 Recruits - this plan is really working. Congratulations to you all! We are thrilled for you! What a team! 

We're running 1 - 2 WLC's from a church "coffee room" and a weekly 2-4-1 Opportunity Meeting from the same venue.  We have two groups of distributors working together on two more WLC's and three more on the cards for next month - all in the Durban suburbs.  They all bring in their prospects and or customers to the 2-4-1- HOM  
In the beginning the plan created a very strong customer base giving us 5000vps per month comfortably. 
 Now it's building momentum and excitement for new distributors and supervisors as they make money immediately from working the plan. 
We have lots of fun with our two sons, family and our team and just love our life!

Millionaire Team Members, Merl and Tony Lau
I come from a background of management and consulting in the corporate world and was satisfied with my career at the time. However, my husband was looking for an opportunity to earn an extra R4000 – R5000, once his property business crashed. Once he found the opportunity, he got started and I used the products in the business pack. I’d put on 18 kgs with my last pregnancy, tried many diets and exercise to lose weight, including 2 Comrades Marathons without success. 
Within a few weeks of using the products, I started to shape up, friends and colleagues noticed and in the first 2 weeks working very part-time, we made R3000 profit. The more we were exposed to the successful people and the lifestyle they enjoyed, the more I realized that this is possible for us as well. Once I quit my 20 year corporate career, within 2 years we matched my 250K corporate package and 3 years later qualified to the Mill Team and doubled that. We’ve travelled abroad more than 20 times and earlier this year, were cycling in Central Park in New York, snorkeling in the Bahamas and next month, we will be walking the beaches of Zanzibar and have already qualified for the cruise in April 2011!
None of this would have been possible without this amazing business opportunity! 

My main method is internet marketing and I been doing a joint facebook campaign and got 3 Distributors from that as well.
All my team are very excited to implement the 2-4-1 so I enjoyed working with them and seeing them achieve.
Important part of 2-4-1 is that one must recruit consistently to find the ones to work with as like any other method that can be used.
Congratulations Team and a big congratulations to Norval and Merle for being on the TOP TEAM volume.  This is just so exciting!

Global Expansion Team members,  Norval and Merle Coskey.
My  background is mechanical engineering for nine years and I had a home improvements   business for 3 years. Merle has been with a large corporate IT company for 14 years.
After getting great results on the products, we got started with Herbalife very part time and as a complete beginner, we made R2000 profit in our first month and so became very excited. We then went to a Herbalife International event in Spain and saw so many successful Distributors sharing how to be successful that we decided to close my business and work this business full time. I work from home around our two kids, have an incredible sense of freedom and have a wonderful quality of life.
We have travelled internationally 11 times and qualified for a fully paid vacation in Greece.
Last month the company paid us a passive income of R16 500 including a US$ 356 cheque from overseas business.
I love what I do every day and am excited about our financial future with Herbalife.

We are very excited to be in the TOP TEAM volume and were asked to give some feedback on how we achieved this.
In June I did month 1 of the 2 4 1 plan.
I had 3 people do 500vps. Mark Lamb in CT, Nomsebenzi Busakwe in Queenstown and Aneesa Veipi in JHB.
In the month of July, in trying to get the duplication right and not quite getting there (what a great learning curve!)  I had a customer Simon Joseph do 800vps in Singapore. Working with Aneesa in July she decided to take the great step of qualifying as Supervisor and her sister who was here on holiday from Phoenix, Arizona decided on the last day that she would buddy with her and go Supervisor too.
Congratulations both of you! The rest of the volume was made up of my own retail and a few 200 and 300vps which enabled me to do 7500vps.

We are very excited about the next 6 – 12 months because we are working to achieve the Millionaire Team level and with the concept of the 2 4 1 plan – a clear plan to achieve Presidents team is possible.
We find customers and distributors through COI, Wellness days, Weight loss challenges and the Internet. Once I have a prospect and sign up a Distributor I follow up strongly so they get a really great result on the products and then help them to work their circle of influence to build their team.
We are in qualification for a very exciting Herbalife Mediterranean Cruise next year in April and in the process, are building a sustainable business.
This next decade of Herbalife is going to be Unbelievable!

Once again, you’ve made history. The months of April, May and June are the three highest volume months in our history. Congratulations! What a way to celebrate our 30th anniversary. In the first quarter we set volume point growth records and we followed that performance with even stronger results in the second quarter. Equally impressive is that some markets we’ve been in the longest are experiencing double-digit volume point growth.  The U.S., Herbalife’s first market, increased 22 percent compared to the second quarter last year; Mexico, which opened 20 years ago, grew by 11 percent; and Korea, open almost 15 years, was up 92 percent.
